AboutUs sorts, separates, requests and tracks content surfaced across search, posts, reviews, press and communities — on a per-case basis.
We operate the original, copies, cache and recurrence as a single bundle, not a one-off takedown.
2. Deliverables
On request, every case can ship a PDF packet of captures, timestamps, policy grounds and processing history.
Deliverables are released only to the client or to a representative designated by the client.
3. Resolution time
A single post averages 2–3 days. Distributed multi-platform cases land in a 5–10 day range.
Resolution time varies with platform response speed and policy violation severity. Material changes are communicated in advance.
4. Recurrence handling
We monitor identical, modified and reposted content for 30 days after closure.
Recurrence is reprocessed within the same case at no additional cost.
5. Refunds
Full refunds are issued on requests made before case work starts.
Once work has started, refunds are calculated against the stage reached. Cases that platform policy makes impossible are flagged in advance and not started.
